This cold, creamy spicy spinach artichoke dip can really turn up the heat. No cooking necessary!
Ingredients (serves 4):
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can of artichokes
2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Duke’s mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded or grated parmesan cheese
1 jalepeño
Salt and garlic powder to taste
1. Melt cream cheese. This is optional. You can mix it with cold or room temperature cream cheese, it will just be a bit more difficult to stir.
2. Chop artichokes.
3. Chop spinach
4. Chop jalepeño.
5. Add garlic powder and salt to taste.
6. Combine all the ingredients and mix them up good. Let the dip cool in the fridge for a couple hours, especially if you melted the cream cheese.
7. Enjoy some yummy creamy artichoke dip.
