Bacon Egg & Cheese Croissant Sandwiches W/ Avocado Spread

Ingredients (serves 2):

2 large croissant
6 slices of bacon
3 eggs
1 avocado
3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lime
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cilantro to taste, chopped (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the bacon for 10-13 minutes.

2. Cut croissants in half and line 2 sides with cheddar cheese.

3. Throw croissants in the oven with the bacon for 5 minutes.

4. Smash the avocado and add lime juice, salt, pepper and cilantro.

5. Cook the eggs however you like them best.

6. Spread avocado smash on the 2 sides of croissants that donโ€™t have the cheese.

7. Throw the egg on top of the smash and the bacon on top of that.

8. Enjoy the best breakfast sandwich ever ๐Ÿ˜‰
