Recipe
Ingredients (serves 2):
2 large croissant
6 slices of bacon
3 eggs
1 avocado
3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lime
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cilantro to taste, chopped (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the bacon for 10-13 minutes.
2. Cut croissants in half and line 2 sides with cheddar cheese.
3. Throw croissants in the oven with the bacon for 5 minutes.
4. Smash the avocado and add lime juice, salt, pepper and cilantro.
5. Cook the eggs however you like them best.
6. Spread avocado smash on the 2 sides of croissants that donโt have the cheese.
7. Throw the egg on top of the smash and the bacon on top of that.
8. Enjoy the best breakfast sandwich ever ๐
